If you and your family love hanging out on the Geraldton Foreshore, then you won’t want to miss this opportunity to provide feedback on the updated Youth Precinct Masterplan.
Originally opened in 2016, the beloved Youth Precinct is nearing its end of life, and the City is seeking to create a modern hub for young people.
嫩草影院 Mayor Jerry Clune said the updated Masterplan has a range of exciting features and encouraged the community to have their say.
“In October last year Council endorsed completion of the Youth Precinct Concept Masterplan design and requested the City engage with the community on the updated Plan,” he said.
“We received great feedback on the concept design and the Plan has since been reworked to incorporate the suggestions ensuring it’s an inclusive space with facilities that can be used by people of all ages.
“Now we want to hear what young folks as well as their family and friends think about the updated Plan before detailed design begins.”

Paper copies of the feedback form are available at the Civic Centre on Cathedral Avenue.
The deadline to have your say is 9am on Monday 30 June 2025.
Council has allocated $4 million in the 2024/25 Budget to upgrade the Youth Precinct located in Stow Gardens.
